A view on the Italian Risorgimento: Lainate after the Battle of Magenta

Historical re-enactment organized by the Association Amici di Villa Litta.
Everything is ready at the Villa to receive King Vittorio Emanuele II who is passing by Lainate in 1859 after the terrible battle of Magenta,
in which Lainate played an important role thanks to the generosity of the Duke
Antonio Litta who hosted wounded soldiers and veterans coming from Magenta.

*ATTENTION: Free ticket utill 8.00pm for every child under 14 accompanied by a paying adult; after 8.00pm the normal reduced rate will be applied.
Guided tours start every 5/10 minutes. Reservation is not mandatory but strongly recommended. For those who purchase tickets online it will be possible to choose the visiting hour. For those who purchase ticktes directly at the ticket office the first available hour will be assaigned untill exhaustion of ticktes.
Tickets can be purchased online up to 3 hours before the selected time of visit.

Tickets for the shows can only be purchased at the ticket office from 8.00pm.
For those who have participated in the Historical Re-enactment, the ticket can be purchased at the end of the tour at the Bookshop.
